The Mantua Citizens' Association, Inc. (MCA) is a private, non-stock, membership corporation established for the purpose of serving the Mantua community and acting on behalf of its residents. The annual dues are voluntary and cover the expenses of publishing a monthly newsletter, administering the association, and undertaking projects of interest to the community.

The MCA is governed by a Board of Directors comprised of elected officers and appointed directors. The Board meets monthly and the general membership meets at least five times per year.

The MCA sponsors events such as a thank-you brunch for Block Captains and Neighborhood Watch volunteers, a dinner for Mantua newcomers in March, a picnic and bike parade in May and a holiday party in December. The MCA also publishes a biennial community directory with an annual update.
