The Articles of Incorporation and the bylaws of the Association may be amended, in whole or in part, by a two-thirds (2/3) vote at any membership meeting provided that written notice of such proposed amendments shall have been sent to all members within a reasonable time prior to the meeting at which they are to be discussed. The vote on the amendment(s) shall be taken at the next regular membership meeting.

Adopted by MCA membership on January 20, 1999.

These bylaws are adopted with the proviso that the Corresponding Secretary position will remain in effect through June 30, 1999.
