ARTICLE V - MEMBERSHIP MEETINGS
Section 1. Regular Meetings: The regular meetings of the Association shall be held in September, November, January, March and May at such time and place as designated by the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors, as becomes necessary, may change the month of the regular meetings and fix the day, time and place for all membership meetings.
Section 2. Annual Meeting: The annual meeting of the Association shall be held during the month of May each year.
Section 3. Special Meetings: Special meetings of the Association may be called by the President or by a majority of the Board of Directors. The purpose of the meeting shall be stated in the call for such special meetings. The President shall call a special meeting whenever twenty-five (25) or more members of the Association request such a meeting in writing.
Section 4. Quorum: The quorum for meetings of the members of the Association shall be twenty-five (25) members.
Section 5. Notice: Official notice of membership meetings shall be in writing and delivered to the membership within a reasonable time prior to the day of such membership meeting.
