Section 1. Eligibility: The membership of the Association shall be open to resident and non-resident property owners and tenants within the geographical area denoted on the map attached and made a part of these bylaws. No person under eighteen (18) years of age shall be a member of the Association.

Section 2. Membership: Membership shall be granted annually to each eligible household upon the payment of annual membership dues as determined by the membership, provided that written notice of any proposed change in dues is published in the Mantua Newsletter. The membership year shall run from July 1 to June 30 of the following year. Member voting privileges will continue until the completion of the annual membership drive as announced in the Mantua Newsletter.

Section 3. Voting: Each member household shall be entitled to one (1) vote provided membership is current.
