Section 1. Name: The Mantua Citizens’ Association, Inc. is a Virginia nonprofit, nonstock corporation incorporated under the Virginia Nonstock Corporation Act (Chapter 10 of Title 13.1 of the Code of Virginia).

Section 2. Principal Office: The principal office of the Corporation, hereinafter called the Association, shall be located in Fairfax County, Virginia, at a location as designated by the Board of Directors.
