W.T. Woodson High School emphasizes excellence in all aspects of student life. Academics:

  • Woodson SAT scores are higher than the Fairfax County average.
  • Fairfax County SAT scores are higher than both the state and the national averages.
  • National Merit finalists and National Achievement finalists are consistently selected from Woodson.

  • International Baccalaureate and Advanced Placement courses are offered.
